Smarter than the average beer???

Looks bad lookyj but like a black eye I have to congratulate you - I like it... NICE ONE!

A servo question - I can never get the right rear servo arm to sit exactly perpendicular with it powered up and all controls neutral. Moving the arm on the shaft will make it either arm down or arm up, not fine enough teeth to get it right on. What do you do in this case? Should I take the servo apart and re time the gears inside?
