since you have all separates, basically you remove the red wire from the tail esc's rx plug. that will fix the 2 BEC problem.

btw, what kind of gyro problems are you having? they may not be related to having 2BECs, and fixing the wiring might not fix the problem. we can help better if you give us more details.
