WICK246 - This is RICK and thanks for your interest ! Appreciated it much. Since you happen to mention flying TWO items, (with feet! ) maybe it will interest you to know that I DO FLY TWO planes simultaneously, and have done that for a long long time. Here are two pictures of what I use. Once the planes are attached, I take off with the powered plane and climb to altitude. I release the GLIDER, spiral down and taxi back the powered plane , and continue flying the glider until I land it (most usually in my hand).. This stuff entertains folks a lot. Some hard cases have objected to doing that claiming it's "dangerous"......YEAH... like a 5 oz. glider flying out of sight is dangerous. ?? The guy setting up the plane with the cowboy hat is ME... Just a small item, for your amusement. RICK
p.s. the only particular about doing this is that the wind should not be highr than 5m.p.h. because then the glider drifts away too fast. In that case, I need a "spotter" in case it goes O>O>S> ..... it is ALL A GREAT SPORT, isn't it ?
PP..SS.. the great looking flying field is our CITY OF HOUSTON provided SCOBEE FIELD.
You don't even have to join a Club, it's made on TAX $$$$$, although a Club does Manage the operation : The BAYOU CITY FLYERS
