Tolla,
I believe I'm running about 2400 in governor mode (normal mode). I dont' run in idle-up mode yet! Throttle set to 0,90,90.

I've just changed to 325 blades and 11T pinion
What headspeed are you running in in Idle up? I tached mine at 2560This morning.
What flight times are you getting in Idle up.

Now:
450s CF frame
Align 3550 motor
11T pinion
325 Pro Tech woodies
Idle up headspeed tached at 2560RPM at 90,90,100%
DX6 radio gear ( that short RX antenna is a great thing)
Align alumnium sontrol linkages and washout base
HS 65HB Cyclic servos
Eflite G90Gyro
Futaba S3154 rudder sevo
DN power 2150Mah 15C batteries
Canopy paint for visibilty outside
Align carbon tail blades
Plasic Align tail case
