Sig tends to put a lot of heavy balsa in there kits but a 8 1/2 lbs Hog Bipe will be fine, It can handle the weight with the 2 wings, I think mine came out around 8 1/2 lbs and it flies great so use the new landing gear because alum. gear always seems to get bent on the not so perfect landing (for me any way)
