Just put a drop of superglue on the joint where it goes into the frame. If you ever have to change it again...it'll come out easy. Been there...done that...drop of glue works good.
Agreed, that's what I have been doing. I looked all over for the loc-tite for plastic stuff but cannot find it locally.
Edit - I need to find me a heat gun, I pulled three boom assemblies from wrecked frames using a soldering iron. [:-] Stunk up the house pretty good.
