SHould be very easy. One way would be to just get a straight shaft that is a little longer than the one thats on there now and put the prop on the end of it. Get a rudder and mount it off to the side or right behind the prop. Reroute the servo connecting rod and your done. Besides the tweaking of course. Here is a pic of an offset rudder. I will look for an inline rudder.
