yeah I agree... set the pitch fro 0 degrees at midstick and center the throttle trim too.

if you take a pic of your swash plate I can tell you if you need to recenter it or not... but the basic run down is that you want the swash right in the middle of the main shaft with the head on. When you are in idle up with the motors disconnected, you want the same distance between the collar and the swash at low stick, as between the swash and the rotor hub at full stick.

I'd say zero pitch at mid stick, then your idle up will match.
