After you get the holes "plugged" then you sand them down with your dremel and then coat with CA glue which wicks into the joint. Very nice when you are finished. Adds a lot of stength also.
I also coated my whole firewall with thin CA glue to wick into the areas where I made the cuts.
Not I ready to do the final engine installation.
