I tried the gy240 with no mods as described in the link i gave you and the results were dissapointing at best. No matter how i set it couldnt get it to work right. Either the tail rotor hauled ass or it didnt move at all. Fortunatly i marked my 3n1 settings before i started so i just removed it and set it back to normal. I do have the ESC that helimax reccomends in the instal pdf so i am going to solder it in this weekend.
Well that's no fun. I just picked up my Gy240 from my LHS. He just started selling the Axe CP and sold two already! I am using DX6 radio and he said it should work fine. He said bring it back if it doesn't work well for you, just keep it virgin!
I'm going to try some experiments tomorrow - I'll post how it goes.
