you might try breaking it in, although that is probably not your problem... I have a good guide in the electric heli's forum that is a sticky...

what kind of charger do you have? Does it measure mAh discharged and put back into the battery?

How many flights do you have on this heli then? about 350 flights?

Do you have more than 1 battery?
