Default How To Add A Balance Plug To A Lipo Battery
If you get a battery without a balance plug, here's how I added one:

If your soldering skills are minimal, you may want to have someone do this for you. Also be warned that you MUST handle Lipos with care, being extra careful to avoid shorting any terminal on the Lipo.
