Default CA Hinging with Covering and ARF Controls Improvement
CA Hinging can be a pain or can be as painless as possible.
Numerous people worry about whether or not the CA hinges will fail.
Here is a sure way that not only insures your hinges, but keeps
fuel from getting into open slots and weakening your joints.

Just as a sample I took a couple pieces of 3/16" Balsa:
