7. Finish sealing the rest of the surface and check for deflection.
Deflection should be nearly 90 Deg.

8. Your Now finished with the hinge and you have accomplished a Clean
Surface and basically a Double hinge enviroment. If the Hinge broke you
would never know it as your control surface/ covering is also a hinge.

9. Other benefits is your aircrafts controls will be alot more responsive
as there is no airgaps.
