I have an evolution alpha engine, which I guess is the same as the 46nt. The thing has a silly high end needle adjustment stop. When I lean it out I take the high end adjustment all the way to the stop and it seems to run fine and it is at or near peak. However, I don't get a drop in rpm to let me know where I am at on the rpm curve.

I simply want to remove the thing but can't. There is a set screw that I have removed but the adjustment stop will not come off. Does anyone have any advice.
