Sorry, I didn't mean in speed, but in pattern flight. Sure, the glow planes will out run him, but he cuts corners to keep up. In a dive, the little P-51D moves along very well. I suppose a larger or better electric engine would make it faster, but it's not too bad the way it is. Once the batteries start to drain, I noticed the speed does wain quickly. Like I said, I am not into electrics and I don't intend to start. I prefer the ROAR of GLOW and Gas Powered engines. My 1/5th P51B Mustang is almost completed.
