I did the same thing, e-mailing Gert. My gears haven't arrived yet though. Paypal made it easy because it does the currency conversion for you. My T34 is undrivable due to the gears slipping.
Question, do the metal gears get rid of the stupid clutch? Also, don't understand what you did with the drill. Did you unscrew the collars or just use it to hold them so they could be pryed off?
