Ur a little late there buddy...........they use to change them for free about 3+ years ago the stopped doin it tho......the person who u spoke to was proable new and was not around for when they use to do this free service yes the stock purple chassis was known for bending and twisting where the motor mounts to (i still have mine its all bent up but i had to pay for the new black chassis i payed 15 bucks on ebay when they use to part them out)................the only thing i can tell you is call again and try to speak to a supervisor or some one that bein there for a few years and see if they are willing to work something out............if not ur stuck......



PS the site had the free chassis listed where it sayed UPDATES i just whent to it but its no longer there......try geting a cheapo one on ebay
