Hi fellow tankers

Wondering whether you experience the same. My first order to BYA was a bit tough. I find that corresponding with BYA is difficult. One thing is their slow response to mail. Though I only ordered minor item (40 bucks worth of item), but I believe that doesnt justify they can ignore my mail (been waiting for two days for a reply to shipment confirmation and received none so far). One may say they probably busy ... but stuff like confirmation to "payment has been received" or "item has been shipped" should've been a standard practice for someone doing business through the net...

Not expecting things to get expedited, but it would be nice to be informed for any delay... issue and stuff. Maybe Im just impatient but... kind a make me think twice to repeat order...
