2 Strokes High RPM lower torque right?
4 Strokes High Torque lower RPM right?

Higher the rpm means higher the speed?

Higher the torque means higher the thrust?

What is the advantage of higher RPM and what is the advantage of Higher torque? Can anyone explain it in detail.
