EDIT Wait there's a hole in my logic!!! You will have to remove some linkages after it's apart anyway. hmm.. How did I do this again?

HEY DON'T USE THIS APPROACH! It was a dumb idea! I remember now that I unscrewed and removed enough linkages to take the head, shaft and slider out as one piece. Then I put it on it's side and pushed, flipped it, pushed, flipped it, pushed until I worked it out.

SEE DUMB IDEA BELOW.

Yeah that little square piece of plastic is a piece of work. (Name is Main Axie) Let’s take the head, swash plate and shaft out all in one piece then!

Loosen the two grub screws that hold the main shaft at the bottom of your gears. Double check that when you slide your pitch slider the inner shaft doesn’t slide with it, if it does hold it and spin your head counter clockwise to unscrew it. (I think it's counter clockwise). Now unclip from the bottom of the swash plate the three connectors. When I say unclip it from the bottom of the swash plate I mean the two A Frame like connectors and the side connector. These are front, back and left on the large bottom balls of your swash plate i.e. so nothing from the frame is holding the swash. Ok now slide the whole thing off swash plate and all!

Now with it out, be careful not to bend the linkages and removed the screw that runs through the hub and the main shaft. Ok now gentle slide out the shaft again being careful not to bend your linkages. Now with the shaft out gentlely work that fraile piece of plastic out. Reverse the process!
