Ok I decided to go with a shorter antenna holder going out the back. I thought the front wouldn't work well with my heli after all. Either get in the way with the canopy or the ground.

Im not completely happy with it, because the wire does still pass by the aluminum skids, but at least it doesn't wrap itself around them anymore...
