Flybars and flaybar paddles act as
gyroscopic stabilizer to stabilize flight. RC Helicopters are complicated enough to fly and taking it out will make it even more complex.

It's probably possible to do it, but you have to compensate for the difficulty in flying. Mikado just recently released a flybarless head unit called V-Bar or
Virtual Flybar System. This item is almost like the gyro system for the head unit. There are some video in Runryder.com that showcases pilots who use them in 3D aerobatic flight. It flies as if there was a flybar in it.
