Yep the gear is plenty strong enough, it just sits a little flat wich extends your takeoff run and makes it kinda tricky to get it in a good flair to get a nice touchdown. Bending the gear fixed it for me.

I fly off Black Top and this plane, after a little tweaking, has spoiled me. just get the speed right and a god flair and she'll settle in on all three as smooth as silk 9 outta 10 times.
