Thanks for you replies, but I still cant get it out. I tried heating it up with the blow dryer, but still didnt help.
It will move back and forth about 3mm, but the just gets stuck both ways. Im sure it is just too big on the inside. What a crap design.

If i shine light into it i can see that its just getting stuck on the metal slit on the main shaft.
