Hey Brooke, just finished mine today. That plane went together easier than any plane I have put together before. I decided to forego the smoke system for now. I just need to put a longer servo arm on the servo for the rudder, doesn't have enough travel. I still need to check the balance as well, but I think it is going to be very close to being right on.
Have you ever run a three line fuel system? This is my first and I was just wondering if there is any special way to fuel the tank. I can't take the line off of the muffler or carb and was wondering how to tell when the tank is full? I dont want to flood out the engine filling the tank to far.
Easy. Take the plug out of the third line. Fill the tank through that line and when you see fuel coming out of the muffler, the tank is full. Then just put the plug back in that line. The Hangar 9 fuel dot is very simple and works great.
