Thanks for the tip. Yeah I've got a homeade pano head. Very easy to make once you understand what they do. When you first see one it's sort of hard to figure out what it does! I've found that even with a pano head that many of the stitchers don't work that well in auto mode. So far PTgui has been working best for me but I have to manually edit the pano using data I write down as I shoot the pano so I know where every shot was taken and at what degree from center. I'm using 107, 5mp photos currently.

Good tip on the output res, I shall try that one. Using Enblend to do the blending virtually eliminates the issues with different exposure settings between photos. I do lock down my settings but I've found that when I forget and blend with Enblend, I can't tell the difference.
