Ahh, the Lt-40. My trainer. I love the LT-40. I have had club members say that I should sell it, because I'm beyond a trainer plane now, but I can't part with it. It's sentimental. Just finished a set of skis for it yesterday, and started cutting foam cores for floats - my own design. I would imagine that someday I will add bombay doors, or stick a bigger engine it for glider towing, or hovering practice.

You can't go wrong with an LT-40. Best trainer by a long shot IMO.
