Sounds like you may have a bad y connector just to verify take a known good extension an plug it into the rx an then try 1 servo at a time, if neither servo works try a diff channel like the rudder channel also check an make sure when using the y that the neg on the servo matches the neg on y otherwise it will give you the problem you have
