JL, serious question here, when you say you don't have enough time do you mean the plane has to be ready by some deadline, like for a contest or Fun Fly? Or, do you mean you literally don't have a spare hour here and there when you can put a kit together?

I'm afraid you're missing out on half the hobby and one of its most rewarding aspects by limiting yourself to arfs. I have found that when the average "busy" individual adds up all the time they spend surfing the web, watching tv, shopping, talking on the phone, etc., that they actually have all the time needed to build a model. I currently build in a 5 1/2 x 6 1/2 ft. space on a card table; an hour here, an hour there. This thread was started four days ago. I think you'd be surprised what you could get done over that amount of time.
