Alan, I believe your best source would be to search the R/C Boat Modeler for plan. Since they cover all aspects of model boating, they may have something. There may also be a better forum than this one that is dedicated to your interest. This forum seems to be stuck on ready to run boats. Builders of any style boat are scarce here.
