TimC: I replaced the original bolt with the spare which came with the kit - I have no idea what size they are, but they do look around 1/4." Yep, the holes line-up perfectly. My flying pal also had a 40-size Twist which has more flights than mine and his wing bolt is "as-new." As I said: I fly mine really hard, but I can't think that's the reason my bolts are wearing-out - is mine the only Twist doing this?
