It should do it, I think i dropped the high rate aileron response down a little. One thing I've noticed is in reality ( I can do them, just not reliably) to do it you'll need alot of rudder movement, but little elevator movement. The rudder seems to be the best way to keep the nose up high, with only using the elevators to help smooth it out and to help with harrier rolling circles.
After watching the 2000 TOC video it became apparent thats this is how its sposed to be done.
