I spent roughly 2 hours to get them all out of my Cap 232. Which was about how long it took me to get the wrinkles out the UCD 60 a few years ago. I'm sure the next one you get will have the same issues to. That seems to be the norm for GP arf's. I found the heat gun worked best. Just take your time, they'll come out and stay out.
