I was confused because in my mind I thought that the Fatuba transmitter batttery was the receiver battery.

Now that I am unconfused, I need to use a single 6V SLA battery.

I will have 2-6 Volt SLA batteries in series to power a 12V brushless moto and pusher prop for my video airboat.

BTW a friend suggested that if I wanted to lower 6 to 5 Volts and 2 or 3 silicon 1 Amp diodes in series would be a simple way to do it.
