Thanks for this good idea dutchalltheway. I just got through reading about a "new" 3D model which suffered wing-bolt plate failure during its first competition - and after a second idential model suffered the same fate in the same competition it was realised that the wing-bolt plate needed balsa packing between the plate and the wing so that the plate could no-longer flex in-flight . . . . makes you think doesn't it
