If the throws are not exactly even its not really that big of a deal for a general sport flyer. If we are talking about a precision aircraft it would be... but if we were dealing with a high precision plane you would want to fix the hinges anyway.
I dont think buying a programer is the answer. If you really want to fix the problem the best bet is just to rehinge. It would be more economical, faster, and really is the best way to handle the problem.
If it were me I would probably just fly the plane. For the most part our models are pretty forgiving. If after flying it really bothered me I would worry about fixing them then.
