I got one for you guys-
If a bottle and a cork cost $1.05 and the bottle cost $1.00 more than the cork, What would be the cost of the cork?
i still dont see how the answer is 25C please explain im going crazy here....
$0.25
$0.025 + ($0.025+$1.00) = $1.05
.05 dive by 2, u get 0.025 ( 0.025+0.025=0.05 ) 0.05 + 1.00 = 1.05
The answer is 2.5 cents "A" cork.
To dumb it down, "If a bottle and a cork cost $1.05" bottle is $1 right? "What would be the cost of the cork?" 0.025, They never said how many corks. They said "If a bottle and a cork cost $1.05 and the bottle cost $1.00 more than the cork, What would be the cost of the cork" 2.5cents "A" Cork!
He said 0.25 wen it should of read 2.5C
