I had to send mine in and after reading this am getting anxious to get it back. I am new to heli's and have a lot to learn. My Axe CP was defective right out of the box, the first attempt at spool up the blade grip retaining screw failed. Which i understand that any one that has one that was shipped before 4/1/07 has the same type as mine. Hobby Services is offering a no cost upgrade if you have one of the previous versions. You can check it out at the Heli-Max web site. Aside from that the tail rotor did not work at all. Bummer. So, I am like a kid wanting my prize back. Hurry up Hobby Services
