Battery Tray:

Three ways to keep the battery tray rods from slipping..

1) Just a dab of CA to fix them to the skids.

2) A rubber band

3) A wheel collar

I don't have a picture of a CA fix, the rubber band and wheel collar fix is attached..

The collar in the pictures is just for reference, it's a main shaft retaining collar and is to big in Inside Diamater. You can get the right size at the LHS. A shot of black paint would make them invisable. You'd have to use a total of 4 collars, two forward, two aft.

I like to use the rubber band trick, it's fast and easy. Plus, when you have to change a main shaft, tear down is a piece of cake.
