Well, unfortunately those paddles don't seem to want to come off. Very frustrating. I unscrewed the nut/bolt on both sides, twisted them a little to loosen and then pulled like hell, hanging on to each paddle. They just would not come off. I decided enough's enough. I'll add weights when I really crash and have to get a whole new flybar. This one is permanent.

I'll restart my hover training in the morning.
