Okay, I got the main shaft out. I just had to give it a little more force than I thought would be necessary. Anyways, the funny thing is, is that I checked the feathering spindle, main shaft and the main gear and they all seem to be fine. If they are bent, is by an amount that is hardly noticable. I am going to put it back together and see what she does. I will let you know what happens!
