I'm not sure what the problem could be. Check your brake linkage and also check your servo for the reverse and make sure its set correctly, its sounds like it is stuck in nuetrual. Also check your gear mesh and the grub screws on the driveshafts, theese are the simple things I would check first before pulling things apart. good luck!
