I found a safety pin that was thin enough to catch the edge of the bearings from inside and I simply pushed them out. I put everthing back in order (I hope) in the new grip. I noticed there was quite a bit of grease/silicone inside the old grip. The parts I'm reusing still have a fair bit on there, but next time I'll need to get some of that stuff. What is it?
