RE: E-FLITE BLADE CP PRO
Can you just use silicone grease on everything? That seems like it'd be easiest.
I made it through two battery packs of hovering practice, with no major crashes. I gave myself a bigger "box" - the racquetball court down at the nearby school. That worked pretty well, since it gave me some shelter from the wind, too.
My tail has about had it, though. It never really recovered from my first major crash and blade strike. I landed pretty hard about 2/3 through my 2nd battery, and the tail is now very sketchy. It seems like it occasionally struggles to keep up with what the gyro is telling it to do - lagging first, and then going into overdrive. I think I need to upgrade that next.
My boom is also pretty splintered. It still holds the tail on, but barely. I've been avoiding this repair since I've never soldered anything before. I own a soldering kit, but have never had to use it. Now's my chance, I guess.
