Flyin High,
That right thrust is built in for a reason, and you shouldn't try to correct it. Rigth thrust is built into a plane to counter the tendency a plane will have to pull to the left due to the rotation of the engine. Depending on the type of cowl you have on the plane you can build/assemble the cowl so that it matches the angle of the engine so it's less noticable.
