Rsking45,
Here's a couple pictures of the Paper Clip Mod that Mrasmm, was speaking about... Use the big paper clip, if it's a tad loose, that's okay, if it won't fit in the hole of the rotor hub, just use a dremel tool or a small file to get it to the right size.
The pins you ordered are probably the right size,, after time, the hole in the main shaft and the rotor hub become enlarge, just a tad, from spining up.. There's a lot of torque from that small motor.. And the parts well just wear, this is normal..
Servo: Hmm, all the servos should have reached there center point, during the arming process of the TX and RX.. If the servo acts, as you explained, Everytime you spool up. I'd suggest that you replace the servo. They aren't that much.

I noticed something today while replacing a blade grip after a small crash. The servo behind the main motor will ,while slowly spinning up,The arm on the servo will move down a little bit befor any of the other servos move.Could this be the reason way while in a hover I am constantly fighting to keep the heli from moving forward?Does it need to be replaced?
Also I had ordered some retaining pins and they seem to be of a smaller OD.What do you all do to keep the pin from sliding out?
Thanks All
