should the blades be lose in the grips as to fall when sitting ?? or should they hold there place
They should be tight enough to hold them in place, but loose enough that you can mov the blade with your fingertip without holding the shaft.
One thing you can do is spin it up and then hold the end of the tail, you can feel how much vibration is there and then decide if it needs to be taken care of.
