Well... It's been awhile, but I think I have success....

I got a little fed up and ordered all the blue anodized aluminum parts from Eflite... new swash, new innershaft with flybar mount, the whole deal....

Broke in the motors again....

I saw a thread on here about boiling your blades in water for a few seconds, so I did that, and rebalanced everything....

Now.... it flies real nice! Hovers perfectly. Flies for about ten minutes.

I really like the new swashplate... I highly recommend that. And I'm not sure if something was out of balance somewhere, but it reallys spins up nice & true now, no vibration whatsoever. Even seems to run quieter....

So, it's taken forever, and quite an infusion of capital, but I see why people like these so much! When it's flying right, it's fun!
