Hmmm, My tail does the same thing, I never really considered doing any thing with it... Cuz the heli seems to fly okay.. However, I read a post awhile back that the tail rotor blade can be out of balance... Hmm, if you don't feel that the heli is doing something out of the ordinary, just go with it.. Or check the balance of the tail rotor blade.. Also, take in to consideration the flexing of the tail boom itself under power. Get's complicated, doesn't it......

I have a ? too at low rpms my tail is very smooth(1/2 stick or less), and the same at high rpms (full throttle plus a little right rudder), but right where it starts to hover till full throttle, the tail just vibrates. Any idea's on why that is?
The front end of the heli is very smooth, but the back end keeps giving the rest of the heli the shimey's
